News for 2009In 2009 Vital Parts expanded and enlarged it's facility to better serve it's customers. The expansion and updating of the Service Area will allow a wider range of service options for shop customers than ever before. The new facility will also enable Vital Parts to stock a larger inventory of parts and accessories on-site, shortening down time for it's parts customers, who might otherwise have to order a part and then wait for it to ship. The new showroom area will be able to display a variety of new products coming onto the market to keep customers informed about improvements and advancements in technology available.Service and RepairVital Parts has always been committed to quality. The Service Shop is fully equipped to service and repair any equipment they sell from the product lines they represent, as any reputable dealer should.Vital Parts also can service or repair any of the major brands of snowplows on the market today, such as Western, Meyer, Fisher, Boss, and Northman. They strive to keep the most-commonly requested parts on-hand for all of those brands so customers can keep their equipment working instead of sitting idle waiting for an essential part to come in. Snow StormsEveryone knows no equipment ever breaks when it's hot and sunny, and the middle of the day........ except lawnmowers....... lawnmowers always seem to break when it's bright daytime..... and sunny.....and hot..... and you were trying to give the lawn a quick trimming buzz so you could catch at least part of the ball game. Plows and other snow removal equipment, on the other hand, always seem to break at times like 3 AM, and the temp. is 0 with a wind-chill of -20, and this is the biggest storm of the past 10 years, and you're about halfway done servicing your most important and high-paying removal contract, and there are 5 other customers still left to go after this job is done. Anyone who has ever run a plow knows this is true hard fact. Vital Parts knows it too. They also know how critical it can be to your business when this happens, so they instituted a company policy several years ago.... Whenever there is a snowstorm with any significant accumulation in or around the greater Denver-Front Range area Vital Parts will remain open 24 hours a day. Their shop can make emergency repairs to the damaged or broken equipment that could mean the difference between keeping all those hard-won accounts on-board and satisfied and hanging a For Sale sign on a plow rig and going out of business or burning countless hours trying to find new accounts to replace ones lost. Welding and FabricationVital Parts includes a fully equipped welding bay as part of it's shop's services. Coupling this with the fabrication capabilities of the shop allows for the manufacture and installation of any custom mounts and brackets that may be required to install equipment on a customer's vehicle. This can be very important when equipment is being transferred from one vehicle make or model to another, or when a customer has non-standard mounting specifications because of a unique equipment configuration needed for a specific application. |
